Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our AI Product Management team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience of our AI-driven products. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and developers to create seamless user experiences that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the AI product management team to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and develop user journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate the intended user experience.
• Create visually appealing, responsive, and accessible interfaces for AI products, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that reflect the final design and functionality of the product.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended user experience.
• Design interfaces that effectively communicate AI-driven insights and recommendations to users.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to understand the capabilities and limitations of AI technologies and translate them into user-friendly designs.
• Ensure that AI features are seamlessly integrated into the overall product experience, providing clear value to the user.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on design prototypes and iterate based on user input.
• Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Continuously refine and enhance the user experience based on testing results and evolving user needs.

Skills

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Graphic Design, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 Years Experience
