Flow Talent is working with a leading technology company who are hiring a Technology Strategy Manager for their Riyadh office.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Translate and align the company strategy into transformation and initiatives and develop a strategic plan to achieve objectives.
- Build and maintain good working experience with key stakeholders.
- Manage technology implementations ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of solutions.
- Identify business opportunities and support business development efforts until successful sales closure.
- Identify trends and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years’ work experience of which at least 5 years in IT/Digital technology strategy.
- Proven and relevant past consulting experience; alternatively strong in-house IT & Digital strategy/enterprise architecture division / advanced startup / pre-sales roles (and demonstration of intrinsic consulting skills).
- Experience and understanding of core technology strategy offerings – IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model, data & analytics, cloud.
- Experience in technology advisory and/or implementation.
- Strong industry experience in Telecom.
- Experience in digital transformation.
- Knowledge of Telco BSS/OSS & IT applications and their various components such as CRM, Order Management, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, Collections, Channels, Customer Care, Lead to Cash, etc.
- Knowledge of BSS processes for B2C and B2B areas; of telecom products across wireline, wireless, and enterprise domains.
- Strong data-driven consulting with a focus on business and technology value architecting and realization.
