About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in IT services and solutions within the Riyadh market and must have 5-10 active business accounts. We’re looking for someone who is active in the field, able to visit clients regularly, secure new business, and manage existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients in IT services and solutions.
- Actively penetrate new clients by visiting them regularly, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Focus on IT /Telecom staff augmentation and executive searches to meet client needs.
- Must have 5-10 active business accounts within the Riyadh market.
- Drive business growth by meeting sales and business development targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity in the Riyadh region to identify opportunities.
