  • Leading team of production operators.
  • Responsible of managing production shift duties, including production plans, materials availability, and EHS responsibilities.
  • Managing production schedules.
  • Managing the planning of shift rotations.
  • Managing change over activities between batches.
  • Leading the Autonomous Maintenance of the shift.
  • EHS & Breakdown incidents reporting and investigation.
  • Responsible of controlling the quality of the products through the production process.
  • Resolving materials & manpower shortages in the shift.
  • Monitoring the overall production process flow. 


Skills

  • Chemical or Mechanical Degree “ Diploma /Bachelor”.
  • 3-5 years of experience as production supervisor “preferably in chemical or food plant”
  • SAP or ERP system experience.
  • Mid-Level Knowledge of Microsoft Office specially Excel.
  • English & Arabic speaker.
  • DCS / PLC System experience.
  • Shifts, Materials & Demand planning experience.
  • EHS acumen.
