Job Summary:

- Employee Engagement Initiatives: implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

- Event Planning: Organize all type of event, workshops, and other events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and report on engagement metrics; use data to drive decisions and improve programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR and management to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Culture: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusiveness by organizing events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Skills
- bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Mass Communications or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement theories and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data and develop actionable insights.
