Job Purpose

Manager -Workforce Management System [Projects Information]

Lead the implementation, administration, training, support, and continuous optimization of the organization's Workforce Management System (WFM) for time sheet deployment. Ensure the system effectively supports critical functions such as workforce planning, scheduling, time tracking, and absence management. Drive operational efficiency, uphold data integrity, and ensure regulatory compliance, while strategically aligning the WFM with the organization’s overarching objectives.

Job Responsibilities - Leadership

Leadership

  • Lead and guide the Inform Workforce Management (WFM) team, cultivating a collaborative culture that emphasizes innovation and continuous learning.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to Inform WFM, ensuring effective communication and strong engagement with stakeholders. 
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, development initiatives, and issue resolution to ensure optimal service delivery.

 

Job Responsibilities - Functional

Functional Management

  • Collaborate in establishing procedures to maintain organized files and documentation, ensuring that confidential information is handled with the utmost discretion.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Infor Workforce Management system, ensuring system availability, data integrity, and comprehensive user support.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures, to ensure clarity and consistency in system usage.

 

People Management

  • Administer comprehensive performance evaluations, delivering constructive feedback and formulating individualized development plans to support the professional growth of team members. 
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Job Responsibilities - Organizational

Strategic Contribution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Workforce Management (WFM) strategy that aligns with the organization's overall objectives and technology roadmap.
  • Stay informed on WFM solution trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the system remains optimized and adaptable for future needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Operations, Finance, EPMO, TPMO and Project Delivery to identify avenues for process improvement and automation within the WFM framework.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the WFM system and its contributions to workforce productivity and cost-efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including physical and logical data modeling and the creation of data flow diagrams.
  • Adhere to the software development lifecycle methodology and maintain appropriate documentation throughout the process.
  • Prepare and update user guides for various processes and create flowcharts as needed. 
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate both internal and external stakeholders on WFM processes and functionality.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years' experience having worked on the implementation of WFM.
  • Preferred: Additional courses or certifications in Infor Workforce Management (WFM) software like Infor WFM or Replicon or SAP.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Infor WFM and experience in implementing it within the industry.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management principles, processes, and technologies, with comprehensive knowledge of Infor WFM capabilities and configurations.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL, ETL tools, scripting languages, IBM Cognos, Integration and MS Power BI.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex Infor WFM concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.
