Job Description:

  • Manage the design and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure system integration.
  • Oversee MEP contractors and ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in MEP management for residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local codes.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
