Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Governance Officer at Othaim Holding Company located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Governance Officer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the board of directors in their governance duties.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support and collaborate with the board of directors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Certification in Corporate Governance is a plus
