Role Purpose
The Senior Manager of Sourcing will be solely responsible for leading our sourcing function within the recruitment department. The Senior Manager of Sourcing will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract global top talent across various industries and functional areas.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Key Responsibilities
A - Sourcing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent for both current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and the NEOM business leaders to understand talent requirements and define sourcing priorities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sourcing trends, talent pools, target organizations and emerging sourcing channels.
B - Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage a team of sourcing specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to support their professional growth and development.
- Set clear performance expectations, goals, and metrics for the sourcing team, and monitor progress towards targets.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sourcing team, promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Act on the reports to drive performance and ensure adherence to key performance metrics across the sourcing acquisition team
C - Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Oversee the execution of sourcing campaigns, search assignments, and talent pipelining initiatives to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, talent mapping, and referral programs, to identify passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with top talent, industry influencers, and candidate communities to enhance candidate engagement and employer brand awareness.
- Effectively evaluate and manage the use of external agencies in line with the budget and the agreed targets
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
D - Technology and Tools Management:
- Evaluate and support implementation of sourcing technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Stay abreast of new sourcing tools, trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements and tool enhancements.
- Train and educate the sourcing team on the effective use of sourcing tools, techniques, and technologies.
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Experience leading and motivating a diverse multicultural team
- Knowledge of both Saudi and international recruitment practices
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing sourcing teams, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Professional certification in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus
