We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in steel structures to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, project management, and a proven track record of successful project delivery in the steel construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.

Execution and Oversight:

Lead project teams, providing direction and support to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Monitor construction progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

Budget Management:

Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.

Approve invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and subcontractors.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Ensure all project records are kept up-to-date for audits and compliance.

Qualifications:

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in steel structure construction.

PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of structural design principles, materials, and construction methods related to steel structures.

Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
