IT Support Engineer

  • providing a support service that ensures all IT equipment and infrastructure is running to its optimum performance and that all departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met on your site.
  • in on-site implementation projects of our software products (Installation, configuration, maintenance, training).
  • Preparing the maintenance report and the recommended solution
  • routine and periodic upgrades and maintenance activities of our software products.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
  • Installing and implementing the maintenance for CCTV systems (IP camera, NVR, thermal camera, etc.…)
  • Strong knowledge of network connectivity and protocols
  • Installing the fingerprint system  
  • Experience in Linux/Unix, Windows system support, and networking (LAN/WAN/Wireless).


Skills

  • degree and equivalent experience, with a background in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Previous experience at least 3 years.
  • Linux/Unix System Support experience.
  • Completing the training of CompTIA A, ITIL Foundation, will be plus.
  • Completing CCNA training will be plus
  • customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to analyst the problems and find the suitable solution
