Eram Talent is currently looking for a dedicated Vessel Logistics Officer (Marine Field) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for vessel movements, including scheduling, planning, and execution
- Collaborate with marine operations teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to and from vessels
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including manifests, customs paperwork, and logistics reports
- Monitor vessel logistics activities, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during operations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable maritime regulations and safety standards
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, shipping lines, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marine logistics or a vessel-related role
- Strong understanding of maritime regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in logistics and marine software systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
