Job Purpose:

• As a Framecad Machine Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of Framcad machines.
• Your role involves overseeing the technical aspects of the framing CAD (Computer-Aided Design) machines, ensuring they operate at peak performance, and providing technical support to enhance productivity.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Oversight:

• Take a lead role in the technical aspects of Framecad machine operation, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and translate them into machine programming parameters.

Programming and Optimization:

• Utilize CAD software to create and optimize machine programming for framing components.
• Continuously refine and enhance programming to improve machine efficiency and accuracy.

Machine Calibration and Setup:

• Perform machine setup and calibration, ensuring accurate framing according to design specifications.
• Conduct regular checks to validate machine accuracy and make adjustments as needed.

Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Framcad machine operation.
• Work closely with machine operators and maintenance teams to address and resolve complex technical challenges.

Preventive Maintenance:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for Framcad machines.
• Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to prevent downtime and extend machine lifespan.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure framed components meet or exceed design and production standards.
• Provide guidance on adjustments or improvements to enhance the quality of output.

Training and Support:

• Train machine operators on efficient machine operation and programming techniques.
• Offer technical support and guidance to the operational team to enhance overall productivity.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of machine settings, programming parameters, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Document and report any issues, resolutions, or suggestions for continuous improvement.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Framcad Machine Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software and machine programming.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of machine calibration, optimization, and maintenance.
