- Welcome customers and offer them the best possible experience.
- Identify and understand customer needs, provide product information, and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate products and encourage customers to try them.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Assist clients via phone, emails,
- Evaluate leads, identifying the high potential quotes, and following up and closing deals.

Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
· Fluent in Russian & English (verbal and written).
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (word & excel) and ERP.
