You will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, supporting our employees, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.

Support employee relations and address employee inquiries.

Administer employee benefits and payroll processes.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

1-3 years of experience in an HR role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
