noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:


• Prepare Employment Contracts.

• Conduct investigations.

• Employee relations and round tables.

• Ensure that all the employee's requests on the HR helpdesk - limited to bank letters, official letters, NOCs, status change letters, pay slips, etc. are addressed properly and timely.

• Update employee data on HRMS

• Update employee data on e-files

• Maintain trackers and dashboards to provide updates for the People Lead & business.

• Provide administrative & data support when required.

• Follow the department's SOPs to ensure KPIs & SLAs are met.

• Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experience.

• Manage our internal recruitment processes from start to finish, working directly with Talent Acquisition Partners.

• Build market maps and identify potential talent both passive and active.

• Build and manage projects on LinkedIn for Talent Partners.

• Manage end-to-end internships and junior-level recruitment.

• Support on any special projects as required within the TA team.


What you'll need:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR role

• Experience in managing a volume-based role

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Strong bias for action

• Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities.

• Attention to detail and quality.
