Role Purpose
The NEOM project is being built from the ground up as a living laboratory incorporating sustainable cities, sustainable industries, communities, and high quality of living throughout, with technology-based services in health, education, transport, sport, entertainment, and other fields. Tourism will be a major economic driver and the number one job creator for NEOM and will be a key sector in developing the image and reputation of this new world destination.
NEOM will have its own ground-breaking Education, Research and Innovation Sector (ERI) which encompasses 3 major pillars, Neom U, ERI Foundation and Talent Academy, and they will act as the primary drivers of Higher Education in the region, working in partnership with the key employment sectors.
The core purpose of this role is to offer a blend of operational excellence, relationship management, and strategic thinking to optimize our partnerships' effectiveness. You will lead a dynamic team responsible for executing and managing end-to-end partnership operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering exceptional value to our partners.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Oversee the daily international hub administrative tasks for the center’s management team and ensure a smooth workflow and administrative efficiency.
- Manage hub headcount, finance, and IT-related reports and ensure accurate coordination and timely submission.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff queries related to the hub and provide prompt resolution.
- Arrange international and domestic travel, handle related administration, and manage expense reimbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other ad hoc as requested by the management team.
- Manage international hub supplier relationships, order office equipment and services, initiate purchase orders (POs), and oversee delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Work closely with internal ERI team to ensure successful delivery of partnership events and talent attraction initiatives.

- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project management skills with a focus on detail and execution.
- Consistently demonstrates the core values, contributing to the business in a helpful, polite and professional manner undertaking any task however big or small.
- Experience in developing and optimizing operational processes.
- Professional IT skills, MS Office Suite, MS Project is a plus
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience work performed in a similar area.
- Previous experience in facilities management
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) business, management, marketing, or related field.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in a team support / administration capacity within a fast-paced business.
