The main purpose of this role is to combine marketing and social media management skills to architect

and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-

focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue. Works with social

media team members to create innovative social media campaigns.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand presence on

platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok…etc.

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and comments on social media

platforms.

• Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant influencers, food bloggers, and

other industry partners to extend the company's digital reach.

• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with the online

community in a timely and professional manner.

• Foster positive relationships with followers and address any concerns or inquiries.

• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages.

• Negotiate compensation, deliverables, and terms with influencers, ensuring a fair

and transparent collaboration.

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in influencer partnerships.

• Use and utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance

indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.

• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

• Provide regular reports and insights to measure the success of campaigns and

• Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics

• Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target
