The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in managing large-scale projects. The Construction Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  5. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  6. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  7. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  8. Ensure that all work is completed according to local building codes and regulations.
  9. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
  10. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a minimum of 10 years in the field.
