noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

• Manage the assigned Dark Stores (1-2 DS) effectively across fulfillment and logistics functions.
• Optimize Consumables (Packaging Material) consumption among warehouses and reduce wastage.
• Ensure all warehouses maintain basic safety stocks to avoid disruptions in order processing.
• Verify that all teams use the packaging tools properly and drive the processes on the ground.
• Account for Purchases of Consumables from Sellers accurately and inward them into the WMS and Consumable Management Tools.
• Determine, track, and drive the most important Cost KPIs to achieve the company’s objectives for performance and cost.
• Understand ERP functions and reports to maximize output and efficiency.
• Train, guide, and evaluate new and existing warehouse workers with respect to ERP and best practices.
• Plan and assign daily work tasks.
• Address performance issues and improve productivity on the floor.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members.

What you'll need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field.
• Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively.
• Excellent Microsoft skills (V-lookup, Pivot Table, Advanced formulas, etc.)
• Creative and analytical problem solver with a strong desire to constantly grow and evolve.
• Capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
