Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and manage the construction workforce
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to facilitate project execution
- Monitor progress and troubleshoot on-site issues to mitigate delays
- Conduct quality control checks and inspections on site activities and materials
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and progress reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in project management software and construction tools
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
