KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to PMM, projects poily, governance document, project excution plans and approved baselines.

Develop project management plans (PMP), and supervise accordingly the projects’ activities, resources, and dependencies to achieve project objectives.

Monitor project quality, ensuring deliverables meet the defined standards and specifications in project’s contract.

Develop and manage project budgets, track contractor’ payments and effeciently collaborate with finance departement.

Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues.

Conduct regular performance evaluations for contractor, supervision consultant, and NWC project staff in order to address performance issues effectively.

Identify and manage changes to project scope, time schedule, and resources, ensuring proper change control processes are followed.

Assess the impact of changes on project objectives and communicate changes effectively to the Cluster projects GM and respective departements.

Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and proceduers.

Capture and share lessons learned from completed projects, driving improvements in future project execution.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management, incorporating relevant strategies into project management frameworks.

Escalate critical challenges, issues, and risks to senior management, providing recommended solutions and alternatives.

Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies. Regularly monitor project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Provide regular project status updates via NWC-PMIS and ensure that project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports, are accurate, up-to-date, and regulary uploaded.




Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering ,additional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.

• Proven experience as a project manager, successfully leading and delivering complex projects
