About the Role:
To support the Divisional Training Department to ensure achievement of regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills, knowledge,
and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams.

Essential Qualifications:
- L&D Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Content Development: Proficient in creating and developing training content.
- Workshop Facilitation: Experience conducting both classroom and virtual workshops.
- MS Office Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Data Management: Ability to record, maintain, and report data effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication abilities.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Learning Technology: Familiarity with learning systems and applications.
- Evaluation Methods: Knowledge of learning evaluation models.
- Trainer Certification: Possession of a relevant trainer certification.
