Duties and Responsibilities

1 Abides by the Medical Staff Bylaws, Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff and those specific to the department

2 Carries out full range of clinical duties as assigned by the Consultant/Senior Registrar Radiologist in accordance with individually approved clinical privileges

3 To provide and maintain, under the supervision of the Consultant, the highest possible standard of diagnostic examinations

4 To strictly follow the radiation protection procedures

5 To assist the Consultant in performing diagnostic radiological examinations or therapeutic procedures as required

6 Rotates through each imaging sub-specialty as required by the Director of Radiodiagnostics & Medical Imaging

7 Will be required to attend clinical/radiological meetings and all other departmental meetings

8 Participates in the on-call duties as required bv the department.

9 To work towards completing his postgraduate training and passing the Final Part of the Saudi Board or Fellowship

10 Fulfills the requirements of the Saudi Council for Health Specialties with regard to continuing medical education

11 Participates in approved research projects

12 Shares workload in his specialty during the absence of his colleagues

13 Instructs and guides when necessary junior medical staff in the overall care of patients, supervises their performance/work and contributes to the training and teaching activities in the department.

14 Strives to improve his clinical expertise as well as standard of practice with regard to morbidity and cost effectiveness

15 Participates in the Major Disaster Plan of the hospital, as indicate

16 Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities, within the hospital and/or affiliated medical facilities.

2 ينفذ مجموعة كاملة من الواجبات السريرية التي يحددها الاستشاري / كبير أخصائي الأشعة وفقًا للامتيازات السريرية المعتمدة بشكل فردي

3 توفير أعلى مستوى ممكن من الفحوصات التشخيصية والمحافظة عليها ، تحت إشراف الاستشاري

4 لاتباع إجراءات الحماية من الإشعاع بدقة

5 لمساعدة الاستشاري في إجراء الفحوصات الإشعاعية التشخيصية أو الإجراءات العلاجية حسب الاقتضاء

6 يدور من خلال كل تخصص فرعي للتصوير كما هو مطلوب من قبل مدير التشخيص الإشعاعي والتصوير الطبي

7 سيكون مطلوبًا لحضور الاجتماعات السريرية / الإشعاعية وجميع اجتماعات الأقسام الأخرى

8 يشارك في واجبات تحت الطلب كما هو مطلوب من قبل القسم.

9- العمل على استكمال تدريبه بعد التخرج واجتياز الجزء الأخير من البورد السعودي أو الزمالة

10 يستوفي متطلبات الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية فيما يتعلق بالتعليم الطبي المستمر

11 يشارك في المشاريع البحثية المعتمدة

12 يشارك أعباء العمل في تخصصه أثناء غياب زملائه

13 يوجه ويوجه عند الضرورة الطاقم الطبي المبتدئ في الرعاية الشاملة للمرضى ، ويشرف على أدائهم / عملهم ويساهم في أنشطة التدريب والتعليم في القسم.

14 يسعى إلى تحسين خبرته السريرية وكذلك مستوى الممارسة فيما يتعلق بالمراضة وفعالية التكلفة

15- يشارك في خطة الكوارث الكبرى بالمستشفى حسب الإشارة

16 يؤدي المهام والواجبات المطبقة الأخرى المعينة في مجال معارفه ومهاراته وقدراته ، داخل المستشفى و / أو المرافق الطبية التابعة.

Skills

1 Graduate from a recognised medical school.

2 DMRD or equivalent degree in Radiology.

3 Saudi Board in Radiology or equivalent degree in Radiology.

4 Minimum of three (3) years specialised structured training/experience in

Radiology, post Internship rotation, in a recognised centre.

5 Ability to assume greater responsibility in matters of patient care.

6 Commitment to learning and training in pursuance of a career in his chosen specialty.

7 Ability to deal calmly, with tact and diplomacy to patient and staff alike.

8 Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

1 تخرج من كلية طب معترف بها.

2 DMRD أو ما يعادلها في الأشعة.

3 ـ البورد السعودي في الأشعة أو ما يعادلها في الأشعة.

4 تدريب منظم متخصص لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاث (3) سنوات / خبرة في

الأشعة ، مناوبة ما بعد الامتياز ، في مركز معترف به.

5 القدرة على تحمل مسؤولية أكبر في أمور رعاية المرضى.

6 الإلتزام بالتعلم والتدريب لمتابعة مهنة في الإختصاص الذي يختاره.

7 القدرة على التعامل بهدوء ولباقة ودبلوماسية مع المريض والموظفين على حدٍ سواء.

8 القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
