JOB PURPOSE
As the Accommodation Supervisor, you will be looking after our Staff Accommodation driving Americana Restaurants’ Safety and clean facility for our employee’s, ensuring seamless alignment with our organizational goals. You will partner closely with executive leadership and stakeholders, championing communications initiatives that enhance both our external brand perception and internal communications frameworks. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's voice across multiple channels, guiding key messaging, and ensuring effective delivery in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a holistic communications between vendors & Accommodation supervisor that aligns with Americana Restaurants' value & goals.
- Supervise the day /day the workflow inside the accommodation to ensure the safety of our employee’s
- Own and maintain facility consistency, including overseeing brand guidelines, I voice, and Be Spoke Platform.
- Act as a communications advisor, offering strong pushback and well-considered counsel, when necessary, while remaining resilient under pressure.
- Follow up with maintenance requests.
- Install the right standards in our facility.
- Develop high-quality, impactful materials quality.
- Keep up to date with market trends and innovation with a view to implementing any best practices within Americana facilities .

- Self-starter with strong relationship management skills and ability to partner with and build consensus with individuals and teams.
