Job Requirements:
- Managing individuals and teams executing work packages in the field of waste and environment management
- Planning and executing work consistent with quality, cost, and schedule requirements
- Project management
- Removing barriers that could impact quality, cost, and schedule performance
- Working with assigned staff to find optimal solutions to project challenges
- Providing technical guidance to staff, as appropriate
- Ensuring that work is conducted in accordance with applicable Engineering and Quality Assurance procedures, inclusive of contract, specifications, and technical requirements
- Approving technical documents and deliverables
- Participating in the preparation of commercial proposals and approving the technical content of proposals/bids prepared under their direction
- Forecasting resource demands for the assigned work scope, including required skills, capabilities, and durations
- Working with marketing and other business groups to maintain and improve client relationships and offerings
- Experience in operations, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of machinery is preferred
- Second nationality is a plus
- Job location between KSA and Lebanon.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant Technical Degree from an accredited university
- Experience managing project work with significant interfacing requirements with other teams & disciplines including finance, procurement and logistics
- Experience working within a Quality Management System and quality standards
- Experience in procurement, operation, and maintenance of waste management equipment / components is preferred
- Minimum 7 years of working experiences in a plant or machinery environment of preference in waste management industry, or heavy industry, or environmental services
- Site experience in construction, or commissioning of plants for waste or other heavy industries is an asset
- Proven track record of performance in a multidiscipline, dynamic project delivery environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
