Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Delivery Head and internal/external clients.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
- Manage meetings with the client, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and consolidation of reports at the country level.
- Manage sensitive projects/tasks/matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the Delivery Head's office and other departments within the company.
- Drive assigned company initiatives or campaigns as applicable.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
- Consolidate, track & monitor certain operational reports requested by the VP.
