About the Role:

To produce flake maize and ground maize of the requisite quality and at optimum cost by the implementation of the highest standards of production and quality and adherence to good management principles and practices.

Area of Responsibilities:

• Ensure to provide the required levels of good quality flake maize and ground maize while keeping costs as low as possible by utilizing all resources within his control to develop the business to its fullest potential.
• To ensure that a suitable level of skills is available to operate the plant and facilities at all times by develop train, mentor and coach his team.
• Ensure to safeguard and maintain the company assets and equipment to meet the operational demands of the business by implementing a planned maintenance and replacement program.
• Ensure to motivate his staff to achieve ever greater levels of efficiency in all aspects of their work.
• Ensure to manage and develop the ISO 9001- 2008 and ISO 14001 - 2004 Quality Management System to allow retention of Certification and to enhance the quality ethos on the site.
• To ensure that Almarai Health and Safety standards are met in all activities taking place on the site to ensure that a safe working environment is provided for all employees.

Requirements:

• Must be Saudi.
• Experience in the management of Flaking plants or Feed mills.
• BSME or BSEE or equivalent qualification.
