About the Role:

To support the Divisional Training Department to ensure achievement of regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills, knowledge and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams.

Requirement:

Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related filed
• Good English proficiency
• 2 years training /supervising experience in learning and development within FMCG environment
• Experience in content creating and development using MS
• Experience in instructional designs
