In this role we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to join our team and spearhead our growth initiatives. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for strategically driving growth in traffic and transactions on noon food platform
- Own the performance of key interventions and channels with focus on customer growth
- Analyze initiative impact and generate insights to help inform the company's way to play
- Build deep customer understanding for various hubs/ cities
- Support noon Food leadership team in driving critical cross-functional projects
- Keep key business stakeholders updated with the market and competitive insights
- Use a structured approach to identify and analyze business problems
- Undertake competitive research and benchmarking
- Effectively communicate insights to ensure data-driven decision making in the organization
- Build and maintain dashboards for reporting of key metrics
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field from a top school
- 2 years of professional experience in strategy consulting from a top tier consulting firm
- Delivery experience with strategic planning, growth strategy and business transformation.
- Route to market, business transformation, and/or business model design transformation experience
- Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint). Hands-on experience in SQL / Big query or any programming language is preferable
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
