PMO Senior Officer

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain the PMO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for PMO members.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documentation.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the PMO.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including project plans, charters, scope statements, and other project-related files.
  • Assist in formatting and editing documents and presentations to adhere to organizational standards.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Saudi Only
