To manage various innovation initiatives and programs in order to boost the creativity and innovation among the employees and to help the business units to come up with new innovative products and services.

- Lean Startup Methodology

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Public Relations, or any related field
Years and Nature of Experience:
- Experience in Workshop facilitation, Workshoper master, TRIZ, Systematic Inventive Thinking
- Minimum 8 of relevant experience in a related industry
