Job description:
- Years of Experience : Min 4 to 5 years.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to plan construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, timelines, and budgets.
- Site Management: Oversee construction sites, monitor progress, and ensure that the project adheres to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Technical Support: Provide engineering expertise during the construction process, including solving design and construction issues as they arise.
- Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project records, including contracts, schedules, reports, and permits.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
