We seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Organizational Design and Performance Management to lead our initiatives in enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee performance. This role will be pivotal in shaping our workforce strategy and aligning it with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational design strategies that enhance workforce efficiency and align with business goals.
- Assess current organizational structures and recommend improvements to optimize performance and productivity.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and develop solutions that drive engagement and retention.
- Design and facilitate training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to measure performance metrics and report on organizational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance through effective feedback and recognition practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational design and performance management.
- Partner with HR to ensure alignment of talent acquisition, development, and succession planning with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in organizational design, performance management, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development principles and performance management systems.
- Proven track record of driving organizational change and improving performance outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
