Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our consulting firm. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing multiple projects across various business lines, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client relationships and multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements

Project Leadership & Execution:

  • Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and external partners.
  • Ensure that project teams are fully engaged and that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Monitor cash flow and project expenditures, reporting on financial performance to senior management.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project/program management, preferably within the consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and cash flow effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
