Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist at RoyaleBlue Co. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and align our products and services to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized IT solutions that address clients' requirements.
- Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new deals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process, educating them on the requirements they need to fulfill to be compliant with Saudi laws and regulations.
- Oversee cash collection for the initial invoice, ensuring timely payment from clients.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to continuously enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments.
- IT Sales and Information Technology skills.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) in Arabic and English, crucial for forging strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
- You have the ability to research and identify new business opportunities - including industry and market trends, potential customers, partnerships, additional products and services, etc.
- Strong commercial skills including the ability to close projects invoicing and secure collections.
- Fluency in Arabic and English. Any other language is a plus.
