Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple catering sites, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance and close coordination with support functions.
• Manage budgets, control operational costs, and implement strategies to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
• Effectively manage multiple remote locations, ensuring consistent standards, communication, and reporting across all sites.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Lead and develop managers, ensuring they meet operational goals, promote teamwork, and foster a positive, collaborative company culture.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic and Indian nationalities
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a senior operations role within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Must have experience in managing large-scale catering or food service operations across multiple sites
• KSA driver’s license is a must
• Open to overseas candidates preferably within Middle East or GCC.
