Job Description:
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the Odoo system.
· Create user manuals, document ERP processes, and prepare deployment progress updates
- Work closely with the team to understand Odoo functionality and identify issues.
- Analyze and resolve reported issues.
- Deal with a lot of daily tasks, tickets and emails.
- Maintain and update Odoo system.
Skills
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
- Must have a sense of ownership to ensure smooth daily operation of all ERP applications
· Strong understanding of business processes across various domains and Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, and Accounting, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and exceptional time management.
· Must be self-initiative and self-driven, capable of taking proactive steps to address challenges and improve processes within the scope of the role.
- Ability to work with employees in all levels and implement changes
- Organized, customer service minded and detail oriented
