  • Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc
  • Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
  • Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
  • Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  • Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
  • Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
  • Scheduling shipments through freight carriers or via ocean freight or air freight depending on the item’s destination
  • Liaising and negotiating with the forwarder
  • Coordinating with customs agents to ensure that all documentation is in order prior to shipment
  • Preparing shipping orders or documentation for international or domestic shipments
  • Knowledgeable in terms of Saber Applications: IECEE or IEC / SASO, PCOC and SCOC.
  • Extensive Knowledge in Handling Customer Orders, including coordination from Vendors, Freight Forwarders/Agents until order's delivery is being fulfilled.
  • Knowledge in Inventory Auditing and Reporting.
  • Knowledge in Batha Clearance.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Offices and all logistics software.
  • Must have excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to negotiate.
