We are creating the Middle East’s local digital champion and are looking for world-class talent to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Store Operations: Exercise full responsibility for end-to-end store operations.
- Inventory Management: Ensure strict adherence to inventory management protocols, including:
- 5S compliance
- Regular stock checks (weekly and daily)
- Security audits
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of shift leaders, logistics associates, delivery associates, warehouse staff, and cashiers.
- Human Resources: Oversee payroll, attendance, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Store Performance: Monitor key metrics, conduct monthly audits, and ensure inventory placement aligns with policy.
- Metrics: Own and manage metrics related to inventory management, delivery experience, and customer satisfaction.
- Team Training: Ensure all team members are adequately trained in their roles.
- Problem-solving: Take proactive measures to address operational challenges and escalate issues as needed.
- Cash Management: Manage store cash, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely deposits.
- Roster Management: Optimize warehouse and delivery staff rosters to meet productivity and performance goals.
- Reporting: Provide daily reports on store performance and relevant metrics.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase orders by enhancing serviceability.
What you’ll need:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar role
● Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field
● Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives that help to improve organization's financial performance.
● Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
