Customer Success Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Representative/Account Manager to join our customer success team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support across all areas of the organization. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in Account Management or a related field, as well as strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities

  • Managing client portfolios.
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
  • Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers.
  • Improving onboarding processes.
  • Evaluating and improving tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
  • Mediate between clients and the organization.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Minimize customer churn.


Qualifications


  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • 2-4years of previous experience in the same position.
  • Fluent in English
  • Problem-solving attitude.
