Saudi
- Recording financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and payments, into accounting software.
- Ensuring that financial records match bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Supporting senior accountants in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Monitoring and categorizing company expenses to maintain accurate records.
- Handling invoices and payments to vendors (accounts payable) and tracking money owed to the company (accounts receivable).
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Assisting in analysing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, or potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensuring that financial records and transactions adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
- Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Skills
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Special licenses or certification may be required.
Experience:
- experience may be preferred.
