• Assist in conducting quality inspections and tests on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Record and analyze quality data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures and documentation.
• Participate in internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues or customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and audit findings.
• Help ensure that all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Assist in training employees in quality control procedures and standards.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assistant or in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and statistical process control (SPC) techniques is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quality assurance software.
