• Job Brief: We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor with a specialization in electrical and mechanical machines to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities for electrical and mechanical machines, equipment and systems, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks to support operational continuity. Collaborate with the maintenance team and cross-functional departments to develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules.

• Plan and prioritize maintenance activities based on equipment importance, downtime impact, and resource availability.
• Generate detailed work orders and schedules for preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate closely with maintenance technicians to oversee and ensure the timely execution of scheduled tasks.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of mechanical and electrical spare parts and equipment to support maintenance operations.
• Review and update maintenance procedures and documentation as necessary.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in maintenance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities.

Skills

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record as an Electrical or Mechanical Technician or in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of maintenance principles, techniques, and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills specific to maintenance.
