Job Summary: The Strategy Manager will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategic initiatives
within the contracting operations. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance

Key Responsibilities:

KPI Management: Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and provide

Qualifications:

Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic management, preferably within the contracting
or construction industry, with a proven track record in strategy development and execution.

objectives.
