Job Summary: The Projects Procurement Manager will oversee procurement activities across various
contracting projects, including Civil, Infrastructure, and MEP sectors. This role involves managing the
sourcing of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery
to support project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies for Civil, Infrastructure,
and MEP projects to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors, establishing
strong relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective procurement.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring favorable
terms and compliance with project requirements and company policies.
Purchase Orders: Oversee the preparation and issuance of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy
and alignment with project specifications and budgets.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers, materials,
and technologies that can enhance project outcomes and cost efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that procured materials and services meet required quality standards
and project specifications.
Cost Management: Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
without compromising quality or project timelines.
Coordination: Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project
needs and align procurement activities with project schedules and requirements.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, such as supply chain
disruptions or vendor performance issues.
Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost analysis, supplier
performance, and procurement status updates, to senior management.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply
Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in procurement management within the contracting
industry, with significant exposure to Civil, Infrastructure, and MEP projects.
Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing relationships with suppliers and
subcontractors, with strong negotiation skills.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of procurement processes and requirements for
Civil, Infrastructure, and MEP projects.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess procurement needs, market trends, and
cost-effectiveness.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors,
project teams, and senior management.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with procurement and project management software.
