Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Entry and Management:
  • Data Input: Enter and update data related to facilities, assets, maintenance schedules, and work orders into the CAFM system.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure that all data entered into the system is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  1. Data Quality Assurance:
  • Validation: Regularly review and validate data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
  • Reports: Generate reports and data extracts as required, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  1. Record Keeping:
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data entry activities, including changes, updates, and deletions.
  • Filing: Organize and manage electronic and physical records related to facilities and asset management.
  1. System Support:
  • Assistance: Provide support to users of the CAFM system by addressing data-related inquiries and issues.
  • Training: Assist in training new users on data entry procedures and best practices.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Suggestions: Identify opportunities for improving data entry processes and workflows.
  • Implementation: Assist in implementing changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data management.
  1. Coordination:
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as facilities management, maintenance, and administration, to ensure data needs are met.
  • Communication: Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding data entry issues or discrepancies.
  1. Compliance:
  • Policies: Adhere to organizational policies and procedures related to data entry, data protection, and confidentiality.
  • Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards regarding data management.

Educational Background:
