As a Retail Human Resource Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of a retail organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and that the organization has a skilled and motivated workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
