As a Retail Human Resource Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of a retail organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and that the organization has a skilled and motivated workforce.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  3. Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  4. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
  5. Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
