We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team. As an Administrative Assistant at Eram Talent, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
In this position, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing files, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and assisting with any additional administrative needs. Key Accountability Areas
- Assist in the editing of management system implementation documentation, preparation of presentations and project trackers, and various other documents.
- Assist with Project administration tasks such as updating trackers, reviewing Minutes of Meetings, drafting and sending Meeting & Workshop invites, tracking invoices and payments, tracking Procurement documentation progress.
- Participating in Workshops and Meetings.
- Assist with reports for program/project management and wider NEV teams.
- Utilize all existing information into document control processes.
- Follow systems for the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by external stakeholders, technical teams or other NEOM sectors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics, Communication, or a similar field
- Knowledge of environmental, construction, development, and management systems related preferred
- At least 2 years of operational experience in a similar business / technical environment working on effective systems, documentation / Document Control; administration systems and tracking / reporting using appropriate software
- Reliable, highly organized, with great attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking and working well in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and oral communication skills and proven ability to simultaneously manage a wide number of different functional areas.
- A creative and agile approach to workplace challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, with high standards of English (oral and written)
