Job Objective
To provide efficient administrative support and client service as a receptionist in the Equine Hospital, ensuring accurate patient records and smooth hospital operations.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Operational
· Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
· Answer and direct phone calls, manage email inquiries, and schedule appointments.
· Maintain client records and update patient information accurately in the hospital database.
· Handle billing and payments, including collecting past-due payments from clients.
· Create weekly productivity reports and share them with the managing team.
· Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
· Assist with client communication regarding follow-up appointments, and general inquiries.
· Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Required Education
● High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
